At Linen Haus, each product is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the handcrafted and hygiene-sensitive nature of our bedding products, all sales are considered final.
Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, we request you to contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review such cases individually and do our best to provide a fair resolution.
